It was lovely to meet up with you both when we were on holiday in Church Stretton. All the people we talked to were very welcoming. We enjoyed all the service, including your playing and preaching. (Ralph and Barbara, November 2018)
We did appreciate the service at the church and would recommend it to our friends. Thank you for the friendship shown by your congregation too. (Ian, October 2018)
Thanks for the warm welcome to your service. We were glad to make the connection and hope it will not be the only time we meet! (Kevin and Judith, September 2018)
We thoroughly enjoyed our time with you and your sermon really blessed us and sent us on our way rejoicing in Jesus our Saviour! The whole church seemed to make us welcome and the atmosphere of that morning was blessed by God Himself and we felt the presence of the Spirit amongst us. Anytime we are within ten miles of you, we will make every effort to revisit you all (Alan and Jackie, September 2018)
Thanks for the post cards! We very much appreciated our time of fellowship with you and knew most of the worship songs. We are usually able to find and enjoy time with other Christian believers when away from home on a Sunday as was certainly the case in Ludlow, once we had found you! (John, Pam and Sarah, July 2018)
I enjoyed my visit to your church last Sunday very much. I found it very different but very uplifting and joyous!
Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and it was good to chat to people of a different denomination.
I will certainly visit you again! (Gloria, July 2017)
We really enjoyed worshipping at Ludlow Baptist Church and were made to feel very welcome.
It was obvious that you have a very genuinely caring church family but also one that is looking outwards
to make an impact in the community!
(Catherine, July 2017)
We had a lovely time with your church - I don't think as many people have ever spoken to us when we've visited a church before.
You were all so friendly! Thank you for your word too - we felt the Lord was with us.
My grandson Oscar (aged 5) enjoyed his time too - apparently after he was told a story from the bible he told the teacher a story too - from the Octonauts his current favourite!
God continue to bless you and your people and may he use you all to grow his kingdom in Ludlow.
(Mike, Sara and Oscar, April 2017)
Good to see you all again - we really enjoyed our visit!
Thank you Simon for your challenging message and the fellowship after the service.
God bless you all.
(Jim, Margaret and June, March 2017)
We had a very warm welcome and enjoyed our time with you at a loving service!
I am sure our Christian paths will meet again.
(Richard, March 2017)
We located LBC through the website and were delighted to discover that it was only a few minutes walk from our holiday let! We felt very much at home worshipping with you all and appreciated the warm welcome we received. A special thank you to those who served refreshments and gave our grandchildren the space to have time colouring together after the service. I am sorry that they were unable to stay for the children’s lunch and activity time as two of our party had already left to prepare our midday meal when the invitation was given. I believe that the message on the Pool of Siloam was timely for at least one of our party and we are looking to the Lord to do His work in His own good time.
(Elizabeth, February 2017)
How great it was to meet up with friends and worship with you all at LBC for the last 2 Sundays.
We really felt the presence of God through His Holy Spirit in the prayers, worship and the word
and in the welcome and lives of the church members and visitors.
This is so refreshing and is clear evidence that God is blessing you. be encouraged.
Be assured that He will provide the means for future growth. (John and Sylvia, September 2016)
It was a joy to worship with you yesterday and hear the Word expounded. There's much to learn!
The welcome we received was lovely and we pray for every blessing in your work in Ludlow
(Peter and Marion, September 2016)
We are not advocating that you leave your fellowship but take from here what is a truly spirit filled and blessed fellowship back to your fellowship. All churches should be like this one.
It's not the building, as lovely as it is, its the folk who worship here.
Sadly for us, it's a five hour drive away! Shalom! (John and Pauline, September 2016)
You have a lovely church community. The welcome was fantastic. We were personally welcomed by over half your congregation in such a wonderful way. To hear so many of your congregation talking about the promises of God and how they have manifested in their lives personally was a highlight of the holiday! My 3 children enjoyed and were challenged by their Easter Sunday Service and that is so important. Please pass on my thanks and encouragement to your church. (Andy, April 2016)
We enjoyed our visit and appreciate the welcome that we were given. The singing was uplifting and the message reassuring. It was also good that a number of people responded to the open prayer invitation. We hope to be able to visit you again in due course.
(Geoffrey and Linda, April 2016)
Lovely, lively service and made very welcome! (Margaret, January 2016)
We loved our visit to Ludlow Baptist Church. It felt a privilege to be with you when you were celebrating the arrival of your wonderful cross and communion table. We felt very welcome and enjoyed the time of fellowship after the service. (Sandy, October 2015)
A big thank you for your welcome to the church last Sunday morning when my wife and I visited you during our short holiday break in Ludlow. I am glad that we were able to find your church listed on the internet when we were searching for somewhere to worship.
It was lovely to be so welcomed by you and the congregation. We felt "at home" right away and thoroughly enjoyed the fellowship. Blessings to you all. (Jim and Jenny, October 2015)
We visited recently when looking after parents and were thrilled to feel the presence of the Holy Spirit in the worship, talk and prayers. We felt that God is working in your church and will bless your prayers for revival in Ludlow. Take heart! (John, August 2014)
